NLK BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW PRIVACY NOTICE

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data will be processed by NLK BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş., located at İncilipınar Mah. Nişantaşı Sok. Cazibe İş Merkezi No:13 K:11 No:1104 Şehitkamil / Gaziantep.

As NLK BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. (the Data Controller), we would like to inform you that we take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security for the purposes set out in Article 12(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:

1. Preventing the unlawful processing of personal data,
2. Preventing unlawful access to personal data,
3. Ensuring the protection of personal data.

These measures are taken to provide an appropriate level of security.

Who Is the Data Controller?

A data controller is a natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system. Data controllers may be natural persons or legal entities such as public institutions, companies, associations or foundations. The data controller is the person or entity responsible for answering the questions of “why” and “how” a processing activity is carried out. Your personal data may be collected and processed by NLK BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. (the Company), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. For information to qualify as personal data, it must relate to a natural person who is identified or identifiable. The Company requests certain information from customers using the nlksoft system during registration or while using the website.

Your personal data is collected by the Company through membership records in its systems, order forms, employment contracts, contact forms and e-newsletter forms. Log records and IP addresses are also recorded to monitor issues within the system.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the Company’s business partners, persons with whom it cooperates, contracted courier companies, banks and payment systems, and institutions and organisations authorised by law. The Company may use the information for marketing and promotional activities and to carry out its commercial operations.

The Company may also process your data for statistical studies without displaying users’ identifying information.

Necessary security measures are taken when your personal data is shared.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

·         Your personal data may be processed to inform customers about the products and services offered by the Company, enable them to benefit from and personalise those products and services, and make technical updates and adjustments in line with their needs. Processing purposes also include, without limitation:

·         Planning sales and marketing processes, announcing campaigns and discounts, and carrying out business development and planning activities,

·         Providing after-sales support and resolving issues encountered,

• Monitoring customer requests and needs,
• Implementing human resources policies,
• Conducting market research and compiling statistical data,
• Providing information about participation in training sessions, events, seminars and similar organisations arranged by the Company,
• Carrying out activities that have legal, technical and administrative consequences,
• Introducing and featuring business partners, employees and customers on the Company’s social media accounts,
• Monitoring processes relating to customer contracts,
• Creating user accounts for Company employees, recording their participation in organisations and monitoring work processes.

Your personal data may be processed for these purposes.

5. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The Company holds personal data relating to customers, business partners and employees.

• Employees’ Personal Data:

Contact and address details, education and diploma information, payment and bank details, identity information, criminal record information and employee photographs.

• Customers’ Personal Data:

Contact and address details, identity information, email addresses, call centre voice recordings, company tax identification numbers and tax office information, and, for individuals, Turkish Republic identity numbers, passport numbers and signature information.

• Business Partners’ Personal Data:

Contact and address details, company tax identification numbers and tax office information, signature circulars and the identity information of authorised persons.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Under Article 11 of the Law, a data subject may apply to the data controller at any time to exercise the following rights concerning their personal data:

• To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
• To request information if their personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad,
• To request the correction of personal data that has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request the deletion or destruction of their personal data,
• To request that third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction,
• To object to a result arising against them through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of their personal data.

Data subjects have these rights.
