Guests can enjoy expertly prepared seafood dishes, including skate wings and fresh crustaceans, alongside premium meat selections such as baby back barbecue ribs, three varieties of steak, Mediterranean-marinated chicken and lamb, and our renowned Beef Wellington — one of our most popular signature dishes.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our meats are sourced three times weekly directly from Smithfield Market in central London, with no intermediaries, allowing our chef to personally select only the finest cuts. Our fish and crustaceans are obtained directly from Billingsgate Fish Market, while our vegetables are freshly sourced from Spitalfields Market — each chosen with the same commitment to freshness and excellence.

To complement our cuisine, we proudly partner with Grape Passions, a respected family-run independent wine merchant based in Essex. Established in 2005, Grape Passions supplies premium wines and champagnes across East Anglia and has built a strong reputation for exceptional quality and service within the hospitality sector.

Passionate about sourcing distinctive wines from small growers around the world, Grape Passions offers selections from renowned regions including France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Their commitment to sustainability, environmentally responsible practices, and strong relationships with family-run wineries ensures a diverse, reliable, and exciting wine portfolio that perfectly complements our menu.
